Heat Exchanger - It gets cold in Wisconsin

This will heat the grease right before it hits the fuel rail in the heads. I know its over kill but -10 deg and running on grease... Priceless

Temporary valve & fuel line.

I had to install a temp fuel line and valve until I have time to finish the install.

Just got the purge valve.

I just received the grease purge valve. 12v dc 1/16" orifice and 10-32 treads.

Next Steps Install Check Valves on the OEM Fuel lines

So the check valves prevent the grease from contaminating the stock diesel fuel system. The only point grease mixes with diesel is in the engine fuel rails.

The easy one is driver side front of the engine, the hard one is passenger side back of the engine. The easy one took a few hours the hard one took 5 hours had to disconnect the exhaust down tube from the turbo. FUN! but they are in.

First Step, I need a grease fuel tank.. So I went to see Dan Lade at Redline Roadsters, LLC he is building me a 33.5 gal grease tank for under the Excursion. Its 72"x12"x9" nice! Lots of welding..

Just Bought The Beast! Love it!

I just picked up my 2003 7.3L Ford Excursion to convert to run on Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) basically a 7,000 lb Hybrid.
